"1.5 starts– Disappointing service ruins an otherwise promising meal Visited today with family for a non-veg & veg dinner. The taste of the food was genuinely the strongest point — most dishes had good flavour depth and the mutton dishes (that actually arrived) were well-spiced and tender. Unfortunately, everything else fell apart quite badly. Major issues we faced: - The Non-Veg Platter (ordered as a starter for the table) came incomplete. The menu clearly listed Mutton Seekh Kebab as part of it, but it was simply missing — no explanation, no apology, no offer to correct it. We had to point it out, and even then it never arrived during our 90+ minute stay. The platter was too small, qty seems 1/2 of standard. - Roti/naan service was painfully slow. Each round of 3–4 rotis took 20–25 minutes to reach the table. With a hot tandoor, this kind of delay is difficult to understand or accept. We were left waiting between bites far too often, and the main course turned cold because of it. - Basic table etiquette was absent. We had to repeatedly ask for sliced onions (standard with most Indian main courses), and even after requesting, it took another 30 minutes to appear. No one checked on us proactively. - **Dal Makhani** was overly buttery — almost swimming in butter. Taste was rich, but it felt unbalanced and heavy; a lighter hand would have been better. What made it most frustrating: there were only **10–15 customers** in the entire restaurant during our visit (peak dinner time), yet there were **7–8 staff members** visible. Despite the low occupancy, the service completely collapsed — no coordination, no sense of urgency, long unexplained delays at every step. We went in with decent expectations because friends had praised the food taste earlier. The flavours did not disappoint, but the overall experience was spoiled by extremely poor execution on service and attention to detail. At these prices, one expects at least basic efficiency and courtesy. Would only return if they significantly improve kitchen-to-table speed and staff coordination. Right now, it's hard to recommend. I taste almost 3-4 restaurant foods per week, a complete foody person. But was sweating to see services in 12*C winter. (If the restaurant replies, I would genuinely appreciate if they explain what went wrong with the missing seekh kebab and the roti delays — happy to update the rating if things have changed.)"

The space is clean, thoughtfully laid out, and ideal for both casual lunches and relaxed dinners. The staff was friendly, attentive, and well-informed about the ingredients and dietary preferences — a huge plus for anyone with food allergies or following a specific diet. Prices are reasonable given the quality of ingredients and the portion sizes. Food was so tasty especially their dimsum & sushi. I don’t think any other restaurant in greater Noida is serving global cuisine this delicious & at such an economical price. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I went to Aachari Spoon and had an absolutely amazing time! The ambience is so welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the food… just wow! I tried Chajju Soya Chaap, Garlic Naan, Dahi ke Sholey, and the Manchow Soup today, and everything was bursting with flavor. The place is perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. Definitely a must-visit, and I can’t wait to go back!"
